1. Discount : Guests will receive 15% off of their total laundry bill. 

2.Terms & Conditions: 

– The discount will be applied to all laundry services, consisting of washing, dry cleaning, ironing, pick-up and delivery services. 

– Specialty items such as wedding dresses, delicate fabric, and leather apparel are excluded from the offer.   

– Items must be no less than 3 pieces. 

– The discount will not be applied to express or urgent services. 

– Laundry handed over to us before 9 a.m. will be delivered by 4 p.m. on the same day. 

– Offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts and vouchers. 

–  The hotel follows industry-standard care but is not liable for pre-existing damage, shrinkage, or colour fading. Compensation will be limited to a maximum of 5 times the cost of cleaning the item and not the original replacement cost. 

– The discount is valid only for the guest who holds the loyalty card and books the service. It cannot be transferred, shared, or combined with other guests.
