Hotel Reservation and Booking Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Treffen House Hotel. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation or booking. By completing a reservation, you agree to these terms.

1. Reservations and Confirmation

1.1 All reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

1.2 Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with your reservation details.

1.3 Guests must ensure the accuracy of all information provided during the booking process.

2. Check-in and Check-out

2.1 Check-in time: 2:00PM

2.2 Check-out time: 12:00 PM

2.3 Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment and Charges

3.1 Payment terms vary based on the rate plan chosen. Full payment should be required at the time of booking.

3.2 Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled on the spot.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

4.1 Cancellation policies vary by booking type and will be stated during the reservation process.

4.2 No-show reservations may be charged the full amount of the stay unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.

5. Modification of Reservation

5.1 Changes to the reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5.2 Requests to modify bookings must be made through booking platform.

6. Guest Responsibilities

6.1 Guests must present a valid ID  and passport upon check-in.

6.2 The lead guest is responsible for ensuring all guests in the reservation adhere to hotel policies.

6.3 Damage to hotel property caused by guests will result in additional charges.

7. Special Requests

7.1 Special requests extra beds, room preferences are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

7.2 The hotel cannot guarantee fulfillment of all special requests but will make every effort to accommodate them.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 Personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with the hotel’s Privacy Policy.

8.2 The hotel reserves the right to contact guests regarding their reservation.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 The hotel shall not be held responsible for cancellations or changes resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

10. Hotel Policies

10.1 Guests must comply with all hotel policies, including those regarding smoking, pets, and noise disturbances.

10.2 Violation of policies may result in the cancellation of the reservation and/or eviction without a refund.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Qatar tourism authority.
