Job Description
responsible for assisting in supervising the overall kitchen operations and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the kitchen operation and administration.
Ensuring all standards as set by the hotel and regulated by local authorities, as well as all hygiene and cost control systems, are followed and maintained, At the same time, work closely with F&B and other operational departments.

Ensuring creative menu planning, all recipes & product
Ensuring the team follows all MOPH & Baladiya guidelines.
To work in close conjunction with the F&B manager and respective & teams, to create a yearly marketing Plan for the outlet
Respond to and handle guest problems and complaints & report always to senior
Leading by example on all hygiene requirements (safe personal hygiene and sanitary food-handling practices, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices)
To be aware of all financial budgets and goals
Manage & provide leadership to all subordinates such as CDP, commis as well as stewarding & ensure adherence to all company and hotel policies and procedures at all times
Identify strengths and weaknesses, take personal interest of each teammate & provide timely feedback on a very regular base
Knowledge and Experience
Basic & local necessary food hygiene certificates( chamber of Qatar)
Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in a similar culinary management position, preferably in a similar operations style
Knowledge of labor laws and visa requirements in Doha
Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
The ability to speak other languages & basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
Self-motivated, energetic, team player able to reflect on his team
