Your Role:

1. Operational Excellence:

• Oversee daily F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and events.
• Implement and monitor operational standards to ensure quality and consistency in service.

2. Financial Oversight:

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Monitor costs, track inventory, and liaise with suppliers for optimal pricing and quality.

3. Team Leadership:

• Support in recruiting, training, and evaluating F&B staff.
• Assist in staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
• Foster teamwork and address staff concerns effectively.

4. Exceptional Guest Service:

• Monitor guest satisfaction and address feedback to enhance experiences.
• Participate in planning and executing special events and promotions.

5. Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Conduct routine checks to maintain cleanliness and safety across F&B outlets.

6. Innovation and Marketing:

• Collaborate with the F&B Manager on marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Contribute ideas for menu innovation and new dining concepts.

Salary Range:

QAR 4,000 – QAR 5,000 (inclusive of staff meals and other benefits).

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role in F&B or hospitality.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities; knowledge of budgeting and inventory management.
• Education: A degree or diploma in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Attributes: Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
